Warranty

This limited warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from www.ietstech.com.

One Year Warranty

Your IETS Tech product is warranted by IETS Tech for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The IETS Tech warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased products ("defects"). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed, and stamped by an official IETS Tech dealer ("valid warranty certificate").

During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. If repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your IETS Tech product, or if you purchased an IETS Tech product the case of which cannot be opened, IETS Tech guarantees its replacement by a IETS Tech product of a similar model. The warranty for the replacement product ends twelve (12) months after the date of purchase of the replaced product.

IETS Tech will either repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

Conditions Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover:

• the accessories;
• normal use and tear and aging (e.g. scratched surface; alteration of the color and/or material of non-metallic parts);
• any damage on any part of the product resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken display, etc.), incorrect use of the product, and non-observance of the use directions provided by IETS Tech;
• the IETS Tech products handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services, or repairs) or which undergo alterations in their original condition beyond IETS Tech’s control.

IETS Tech keeps the right to modify the policy when we update our products, website, or service, and you may be not notified.

Customer Service

IETS Tech’S OBLIGATION IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. YOUR OFFICIAL IETS Tech DEALER CARRIES SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OTHER GUARANTEES.

IETS Tech customer service ensures the perfect working order of your IETS Tech product. If your product needs maintenance, rely on an official IETS Tech dealer or an authorized IETS Tech Service Center, you must first contact us or them to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
